Never used one of these before, but will definitely use again! The bounce back in the spring is awesome and it really helps with footwork and head movement.

Pros: Easy to use Can relocate easily using the handle at the bottom of the base Durable Design
Cons: Wish the reflex was faster by moving the spring further up, its a bit slower than I would of liked for some combos
